Davis Lake, Pend Oreille County, Washington

Davis Lake
This lake is located right off Highway SR-211. This lake with one primitive boat launch on the north end of this lake is one of the larger lakes of the area known for its great fishing and open water for sailing, etc. The fourth Saturday in April through October 31 is open fishing season. The lake is stocked with rainbow trout catchables. Early and late season fishing for sunfish, largemouth bass, kokanee, rainbow trout, and eastern brook trout can be good here. Directions: In. ACCESSIBILITY: PARKING... Large gravel parking lot; PATHS/TRAILS... No official paths. Wide gravel area that leads into the water. Watch out for mud; RESTROOMS/FACILITIES/SHADE… Fully accessible restrooms. Shade via trees; DOCKS/LAUNCHES/PLATFORMS… No dock, one grated single lane cement launch, 3% grade; DIRECT WATER ACCESS… No access for wheeled mobility devices. Wide gravel area that leads into the water. Watch out for mud; TRANSFER SYSTEMS... None; Sensory... No sensory tactile makers for those with visual and other impairments; CAMPING... None; O.T.H.E.R… Oddities/Barriers: Deep mud along shore line during wet times of the year; Terrain: Level to about 3% grade at launch; H2O/Water: Water normally murky. Water temperature in the summer can be around 60 to 70 degree; Environmental Conditions: Nothing unusual; Resources: Food, drinks, and gas up the road in town of Usk.
