Welsh Lake is a private lake on your way to or from Bonners Ferry. It is near a gas station with a restaurant overlooking the lake. Nice looking lake, but again, it is totally private. 

ACCESSIBILITY SCALE: Totally Inaccessible! Private Lake. Directions: To view Welsh Lake from HWY 95 the lake is almost directly across from the street of Samuels Road next to the only gas station (north of Samuels Idaho). Maps: View Google Map below...
