City of Coeur d'Alene Four Corners Parks Mast Plan

Report from North Idaho Accessibility Advocacy Committee (NIAAC) attendance of the Four Corners meeting at Library on Feb. 25th.

The designers (architects) of the Four Corners area presented posters and a Power Point showing the different ways to create the area to fit the community needs.

All ideas shown are just a draft… visit this link to view these plans… https://www.cdaid.org/four-corners-master-plan

Tom McTevia, Don Waddell, Mike Mann, Sean attended the meeting with one DAC staff.

Tom and DAC staff met with one architect to discuss the need for more accessible parking, move accessible dock from pounding waves into rocks, be aware of surface to insure that small wheels don’t get caught in spaces.

We were asked to look up the web page for the design and put in ideas.

Tom will get information together and get out to the community and organizations to give data, web page info and meeting details.

Overall the project looks good, we just need to fine tune and get our message out. More info will be posted on this site as received.
