Lights on at the Dock

I recently was at the dock at the Honeysuckle Boat Luanch on Hayden Lake Idaho USA and found that many boaters turn their lights off or never had their lights on at the dock. It's particularly an issue at busy launches when boats, even late in the evening are coming and going from the launch. With your lights off its easy to not be seen and be run into. Dark moonless nights make it worse. With your lights off you are liable for damages. Simply turn your lights on and all is good.
